Project background of our client
In this project, our South Korean client is a forestry company that needs a large-capacity wood shredder to process wood waste into uniform wood chips and sawdust, which will be used as a heat source for biomass energy applications.
Customers’ needs for this wood crusher
After communication, we understood that the customer’s needs were to process forestry wood waste. The machine needed to meet the high capacity requirements for industrial-grade operation, and preferably have an adjustable particle size to adapt to different combustion systems.

Customer visits the factory for on-site testing
After the machine was completed, this customer chose to visit the factory to see the crushing effect in person. The staff found materials of a similar size to the customer’s and tested the machine. Below is a video taken during the test run.
