In early 2024, our sales staff received an inquiry about a wood shaving machine. After briefly understanding the customer’s needs, we provided purchase advice and detailed pictures. Following a year-long communication process, our customer finally finalized the model and details.
First contact in 2024: Customer’s request
This Bahamian customer first contacted us over a year ago, expressing interest in wood chippers for animal bedding. He wanted to use pine trunks as bedding material for sheep and goats.
Our sales staff recommended the SL-1000 and SL-1200 machines, both with a capacity exceeding 1000 kg/h. After sharing detailed pictures and videos, the customer told us he needed to consider comparing them.
While the customer was thinking, our sales team patiently provided:

Second contact in 2025: Final determination of the wood shaving machine model
This year, the customer finally decided to purchase the machine and asked us again about the total price, including packaging and other customs clearance fees.
After confirming all the technical details of the machine, our sales representative promptly prepared and issued the final Proforma Invoice (PI) for the customer.
