Wood Sawing Machine Exported to Papua New Guinea

Customer Requirements for Wood Sawing Machine
The customer in Papua New Guinea planned to purchase band saw machines for timber cutting and selected two different models to meet its equipment requirements. The order included one SL-3310B band saw machine and two SL-3210B machines, all equipped with 22 kW motors.
To complete the setup, the customer also purchased an electric-controlled carriage for feeding timber, along with alloy saw blades and three types of saw blade maintenance equipment. This combination covers the main sawing equipment as well as the supporting tools needed for blade sharpening and maintenance.

The SL-3310B has a 1060 mm saw wheel diameter and supports a maximum saw blade width of 150 mm. The SL-3210B features a 1000 mm saw wheel diameter and a maximum blade width of 125 mm.
Saw Blade Maintenance Equipment for Continuous Processing
Besides the main wood sawing machines, the customer also purchased three types of saw blade maintenance equipment:
- Saw blade roller press machine
- Saw blade grinding machine
- Alloy tooth saw blade side grinder
These machines are designed for saw blade straightening, sharpening, and side grinding.
The roller press machine has a 0.75 kW motor and supports saw blades up to 160 mm wide. The saw blade grinding machine is equipped with a 1.1 kW motor, while the alloy-tooth side grinder is used to sharpen alloy-tooth saw blades.
By including these auxiliary machines in the purchase, the customer can carry out routine saw blade maintenance alongside their timber cutting operations.
