Customer Background
The customer is a small-to-medium-sized timber processing business in Mexico, supplying sawn timber and wood materials to local furniture workshops, construction material suppliers, and other wood-related businesses.
Its daily operations involve handling raw logs and preparing them for further processing. Before logs can move to subsequent cutting stages, bark removal is an important part of the preparation process. The customer therefore needed a dedicated debarking machine that could handle its regular supply of relatively small-diameter logs without requiring an oversized industrial system.
