Contexte du projet de notre client<\/strong><\/h2>

Dans ce projet, notre client sud-cor\u00e9en est une entreprise foresti\u00e8re qui a besoin d'un grand broyeur \u00e0 bois pour transformer les d\u00e9chets de bois en copeaux de bois uniformes et en sciure, qui seront utilis\u00e9s comme source de chaleur pour des applications \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques \u00e0 base de biomasse.<\/p>

After communication, we understood that the customer’s needs were to process forestry wood waste. The machine needed to meet the high capacity requirements for industrial-grade operation, and preferably have an adjustable particle size to adapt to different combustion systems.<\/p>

Le client a compar\u00e9 les param\u00e8tres et a constat\u00e9 qu'il r\u00e9pondait \u00e0 leur production attendue, payant rapidement un acompte avant que nous commencions la production.<\/p>

After the machine was completed, this customer chose to visit the factory to see the crushing effect in person. The staff found materials of a similar size to the customer’s and tested the machine. Below is a video taken during the test run.<\/p>
